If I wasn't mistaken, there is an interesting story about an long-terminated YouTube channel with unarchived videos getting finally restored, with videos getting resurfaced. The current URL name of your YouTube channel is "joaopereiracriacoes", probably the same one as the previous one. You may change it to "pereiracartoons", just in case you wish to appeal termination, but with one condition: censor or age-restrict the sexual content within the videos of your old YouTube account, while completely demonetizing it.

Did you tell YouTube staff about the termination appeal? I'm just asking, but please note that appeal response will take a long time.
